Terms and Conditions eplay8 – Guidelines for Using Our Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between eplay8 and any individual who accesses or uses the platform, website, mobile application, or any services provided by eplay8.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or by simply using this platform, you explicitly express your consent to all terms contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated as part of this overall agreement.

Eplay8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use eplay8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration. eplay8 has a zero-tolerance policy on underage registration.
• Act on your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not subject to a self-exclusion order or any gambling restriction enforced by law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Depositing and wagering using your own legitimately earned funds.

Eplay8 reserves the right to conduct age checks and identity verification (KYC) at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of the age requirement will be terminated immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at eplay8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual – whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or device information – are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Required details include:

• Full name as shown on official identification documents
• An active Malaysia mobile number
• Valid national identity card or passport number
• Exact date of birth
• A strong and confidential password

Eplay8 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at eplay8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the Finance section of the platform — check when you log in.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Eplay8 does not charge any deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method registered in your own name.
• Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submitting a photo of your identity card or passport and verifying your phone number.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 1 to 3 business days depending on the chosen payment method.
• Eplay8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraud or a breach of terms while an investigation is carried out.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Eplay8 offers a wide range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and other periodic promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the respective offer.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses at eplay8:

• Rollover requirement (turnover): Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before related wins can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement is typically stated as a multiple of the bonus amount received.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never registered with eplay8 before.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Eplay8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or wins obtained through means that violate these terms or through suspicious behaviour.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash.

6 Game Rules

All games offered at eplay8 – including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting, and bingo – are conducted in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and overseen by eplay8.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, eplay8 will resolve the matter based on the game logs stored in the system.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except in very limited circumstances and require approval from eplay8 management.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any unfair methods during gameplay is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply – any changes in odds after confirmation will not affect bets already placed.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your eplay8 login credentials (username and password) secure. eplay8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your login credentials to a third party.

• Never share your password or account login details with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Always log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact eplay8 customer support immediately.

Eplay8 will never ask for your password or financial information via email, SMS, or any other offline channel.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited at eplay8 and may result in account closure without warning and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Registering or using more than one account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using funds suspected to originate from illegal activities (money laundering)
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain
• Colluding with other players or eplay8 staff to manipulate games
• Using a VPN or proxy tools to conceal your actual location for fraudulent purposes
• Initiating chargebacks or disputing credit/debit card charges without valid grounds
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system through dishonest techniques

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Eplay8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms contained in this document
• Requests from law enforcement authorities
• Fraud or suspicious behaviour
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe

Members may also request to close their own account at any time through customer support or from within the account settings. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal once KYC verification is complete.

10 Liability Limits

Eplay8 provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, eplay8 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred from use of the platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond eplay8's control (force majeure)
• Damage, data loss, or inconvenience resulting from unavoidable technical issues
• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers

In all circumstances, eplay8's maximum total liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11 Terms Amendment

Eplay8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the eplay8 website or app.

Notice of changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the eplay8 platform. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The official languages for all communications and legal proceedings related to eplay8 are Bahasa Melayu and English.
